We suggest that potential customers have some kind of landscape plan or drawing for their landscape. This helps with comparing estimates (apples to apples). Often times a customer can draw up something on their own. However, we offer small landscape design, and we offer experienced landscape consultation for a fee, if needed.
Consultations are $90 per hour. Landscape Design are $100 per hour, with a minimum charge of $300.
Landscape Designs are completed on a Landscape CAD Software on 8 1/2 x 11" paper or 11" x 17" paper, depending on design area. At this time we only offer small area designs. We recommend contacting a Landscape Architect if you have Larger Design or Plan needs.
We will ask you for a Budget.
This really helps to determine what landscape materials to suggest, and estimate. The cost of Landscape materials vary greatly. There are low end materials, up to high end materials. We do not want to estimate for a high end project, that will give you sticker shock. We want to help you plan for an affordable landscape.
Letourneau Landscaping, Inc provides landscape services to the following communities: White Bear Lake, White Bear Township, North Oaks, Shoreview, Vadnais Heights, Maplewood, Stillwater, Mahtomedi, Dellwood, Grant Township, Lino Lakes, Centerville, Hugo, and other communities in our area.
Landscaping is a hard area to budget, if you don't do your homework.
The first step is to sketch out some ideas of what you want to use each area in your yard for.
In the front of the home, customers usually want curb appeal.
In the back yard, customers usually want to entertain, have gardens, have play areas, etc.
Before you call a landscaper, sketch out what you think you will use the spaces for.
It is helpful if you do a little homework, before you contact a landscaper.
Go to a local Landscape Supply Yard, and a Greenhouse. Look at materials and plants.
Landscaping costs vary greatly by the material that you choose. This is why, we cannot give "ball park" figures when we are meeting with you.
Another Note: We will only install hardscape materials from a Landscape Supplier, not big box stores. We also will only install plant material from a licensed Greenhouse.
